Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Martenzo?

Yes, it’s necessary to log into your Martenzo account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security. You’ll have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

How to place an order

There are various ways to search for an item on Martenzo,

Once you’ve chosen your item, select the size or color you need in the drop down menu on the product page. Click on “ADD TO CART” to add the item to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, go to your shopping cart and click on “proceed to checkout”. We’ll guide you through the four stages of the ordering.

If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log in with your email address and password. If you do not have a customer account, you will be asked to create one.

Check your order summary then click on “CHECKOUT”, check your delivery address. Choose your payment method, shipping method and click on the “PLACE MY ORDER”

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?*
